An Emergency AC Repair Done Right

Furnace World came through for us at the very last minute—right before the 4th of July weekend—when our AC completely stopped working during a heat wave. They responded quickly, professionally, and had the system up and running in no time, saving us from an unbearably hot holiday weekend.

Even though I wasn’t on-site, everything was handled remotely with great communication. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and thorough—he diagnosed the issue, replaced the necessary parts, and provided clear photos of all the work that was done. The level of transparency and expertise was outstanding.

Great New AC Installation on a Residential Property

Cleaning and AC Repair in One Visit

Josh and Jasmine from Furnace World came out to repair our AC unit when it stopped cooling. They fixed the initial problem, then stayed on to perform an additional cleaning service that we opted to have done. They went above and beyond to resolve all the issues with our AC unit, even when it meant staying late and returning the next morning to finish the job. They were also friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the whole process. This is the second time we have used Furnace World, and they have impressed us both times.

Furnace World Remedied a Longstanding AC Performance Problem

We had been having trouble with our air conditioning for a couple of years (it was never blowing cold air, just lukewarm, and never powerfully enough to lower the house temperature). It had been checked/serviced several times without ever showing improvement.

Thank goodness Furnace World sent George Harris out to take a look. This man was able to discover the problem (when no one else previously could), order the parts needed, install everything perfectly, and now we have a fully-functioning air conditioner!

George is ethical, hard-working, honest, friendly, and will be our go-to guy if we ever have issues again in the future! Thank you, George.

Willing to Go Above and Beyond to Help With AC Maintenance

Christian M was a nice, professional guy who came out to do an AC unit tune-up. While he was here he also answered a quick question about my fireplace and helped me figure out what was going on. He also made recommendations for things I could do to help make my ac unit last longer and work better, which I appreciated. I’ll be using them again for future needs.

I just also want to say that they put in my AC unit last year and did a great job with everything. I appreciated that when they came to give me a quote they didn’t try to over-sell what was needed for my home and for the system I would need. I had other companies come in and tell me that I was going to need a bunch of other things that were going to cost more than twice what I ended up paying. And it works great! I have been very happy with the whole process. It felt honest and fair and they have had great service!!
